BLH, Ben Crump Law, the People's Law Office File Historic Lawsuit Against the Government on behalf of Malcolm X and his Daughters
New York, NY - Today, BLH joins Ben Crump Law and the People's Law Office in filing a historic lawsuit against the government on behalf of Malcolm X and his family alleging that various government agencies and individuals, including the FBI, CIA, and NYPD, played a role in the conspiracy leading to Malcolm X’s assassination and engaged in a decades-long cover-up that deprived his family of justice. The suit seeks accountability for the harm caused by the alleged unlawful and unconstitutional actions of these agencies and individuals.
Malcolm X was assassinated on February 21, 1965, at age 39 while speaking at the Audubon Ballroom. He was shot a total of 21 times by a group of men in front of his wife and daughters.
