Syed v. City of New York (NYPD Beard Class Action)
This page was created to provide class members in the case Syed v. City of New York, No. 16 Civ. 4789 (PGG) with information related to their rights. On September 24, 2018, Judge Gardephe granted preliminary approval of a class action settlement as well as conditional certification of the settlement class. The Court also appointed Beldock Levine & Hoffman LLP as class counsel.
